The sugar bowl is inspired by the surrealist artist Magritte who used a lot of depictions of bowler hats as well as the cheeky cartoon characters Thomson and Thompson (French: Dupond et Dupont) who accompany Tintin in his adventures; we came up with the sugar bowl hat.
This is a one off piece, hand painted golden ribbon in 24 karat gold. it has been part of my personal archive for some time, now it’s time for it to find a new home 😊
